Delivery


  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

  • Orders below US$ 250 are shipped by registered, insured, signed for post.

  • Cost of shipping is included in the cost of medicines - you don't have to pay anythin extra.

  • Orders shipped to Post Office boxes are sent unregistered as most countries do not allow registered mail to PO Boxes.

  • You can upgrade your shipping to express shipping (3-4 day delivery) by paying US$ 15 extra.

  • For registered packages there is a receipt number but no online tracking.

  • Express shipments are sent by DHL/FedEx/TNT etc and they have real time online tracking.

  • For express shipping a physical address is required - courier companies do not ship to a PO box.

  • If you want a courier company to ship to a PO box, please provide a telephone number so they can find you.

  • Orders above US$ 250 are automatically sent by express courier at no extra charge.

  • Express orders are delivered within 3-4 days.
