Conditions of Use

Akhileshwar Exim Pvt.Ltd. (the "Company" is doing business online as "indiaonlinepharmacy), agrees to provide information and offer to sale the products listed on indiaonlinepharmacy website (the "Website") on behalf of pharmacies in India, subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. By accessing, using, or placing orders through the Website, the customer agrees to bound by and accept the Terms and Conditions as stated.

Orders and Payments

Given below are the terms & conditions a customer has to abide by, while placing an order to the company:

  • A Customer may place an order up to a 90-day supply of each of the medicines, for their personal use only.
  • The company acknowledges various modes of payments as accessible on the Payment page.
  • Once the customer is through with the on-line transaction, the Company will confirm the receipt of the order by sending an email to the email address, provided by the Customer.
  • The orders are not accepted and linked with the Company, until it is shipped by the Company.
  • The Company may or may not refund and cancel an order for any reason what so ever. The applicable prices for the products ordered are those set forth by the Company on the Website at the time of the acceptance of the order however, additional charges may be placed on the products by the Company at the time of delivery, if required.
  • All orders are final, from the customer’s end. The Company is not responsible for the Customer ordering the correct product or not and will only deliver products that the Customer has ordered.
